Terms of Service

FoundRev.com drafts Klaviyo email campaigns for you in your brand voice. You pay $197 a month. You can cancel anytime in one click. We do not send emails on your behalf. We do not touch your flows, your segments, or your subscriber list. You retain ownership of everything we draft for you.

By creating an account and using FoundRev.com, you agree to these terms. FoundRev.com is operated by FoundRev (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) and provided to you (the “Customer”, “you”) as a subscription software service.

FoundRev.com connects to your Klaviyo account via OAuth, reads your recent sent campaigns and your sender configuration, captures a short voice sample from you, and uses that to draft new email campaigns on a weekly cadence. Drafts are pushed to your Klaviyo Drafts folder for your review.

We make no guarantee that any draft will convert, will be appropriate for any particular promotion, or will meet your publishing standards. Every draft is reviewed and sent by you, not by us.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Klaviyo account you connect. You agree to keep your login credentials reasonably secure and to notify us promptly at bryan@foundrev.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

FoundRev.com is $197 a month, charged through Stripe at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then.

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy for the narrow cases where we'll issue a manual refund.

You agree not to use FoundRev.com to:

• Send spam, phishing, or any email content you do not have legal authority to send
• Impersonate another person or business
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or model weights
• Share your account credentials with any party not authorized by you
• Resell FoundRev.com as your own product to your own customers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules. We will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period in good faith if we initiate the termination.

FoundRev.com is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Klaviyo, Inc., Shopify Inc., or any other third party we integrate with. Your relationship with Klaviyo (including their Terms of Service, billing, and data handling) is between you and them.

We rely on third-party providers to deliver FoundRev.com. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and what data each one sees.

You own everything that comes out of FoundRev.com on your behalf: the drafts, the subject lines, the rewrites, the voice fingerprint extracted from your audio. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

We own the FoundRev.com software itself, its design, our prompts, and our internal models. None of those become your property by using the service.

FoundRev.com is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free drafts, deliverability of any email we draft, or compatibility with any future change Klaviyo makes to their platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to FoundRev.com is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost data.

You can terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your subscription. We can terminate this agreement at any time, with reasonable notice, for any reason. On termination, your access to FoundRev.com ends and your data is retained or deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to the contact address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FoundRev.com after that counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
